The French Family

I remember when I first decided to be a photographer. “No one will ever hire me,” was probably my mantra of the time (since then, I’ve learned the power of positive thinking). Who in their right mind would hire this college girl and her fiancĂ© to photograph one of the single most important days of their lives? So I started putting out feelers everywhere. One of those places was weddingbee.com – vendors could offer their services & brides could chat with them on there. It was great!

Michael & Brittany {Beloved}

Oh, Beloved sessions. These sessions fill my heart to the brim, to the point I feel I might burst with all the love & emotion I get to witness. Beautiful things happen when these sessions take place & I cannot believe my luck that I am the person who sees them. I get to fall in love with the couple who is inspiring me & I get the rare privilege to see someone else fall in love all over again. Michael & Brittany, you two are wildly inspiring, beautiful & make my heart sing with happiness.Liv Hefner Photography_0001

The Hopkins

Joel & Kayla are married! Their wedding was absolutely amazing. Her mother & her planned a gorgeous rustic meets classy themed wedding brimming with details & lovely colors.

I believe these images from their wedding ooze how much these two are in love. You can just see it in Kayla’s eyes – I was honored to be a part of documenting their love. Enjoy this beautiful affair!

The Carpenters

Every time someone from my graduating class gets married, it just blows my mind. Are we old enough to be getting married, starting families? Yes. That startles me. I would swear it was maybe six months ago that Megan & I were sitting in Yearbook working on one deadline after another, creating style guides, being generally frustrated in creating one cohesive book that had to encompass the entire school year. We did it & we became friends.
